How to peel the meat off a fish ?

In this post, I describe how to peel the meat off a fish.

  1. To start with, I have a big fish weighing 1.5 kg.
  2. Cut from the shoulder down and run knife along the back.
  3. Open the half, see the bone at the bottom piece.
  4. Use the spoon to guide the meat out.
  5. Put the meat in the storage bowl.
  6. After finishing the first half, split open the bone from the lower piece.
  7. Dig the meat out using the spoon, as how we did in the first half.
  8. We have the meat removed off the fish.
