Category Archives: Stir Fry

Called อาหารจานผัด (A-Harn Jan Pad) in Thai. This is what we can make fast, the fastest of all the other recipe categories. I do believe that the Stir Fry culture is what the Thai learned and adopt from Cantonese, Chinese. It’s the most common way to eat vegetable in Chinese Cuisine. We can almost cook anything in a Wok. When you have prepared cut ingredients as you prefer then you will need less than 10 minutes for stir frying in hot oil. Most of the stir fry will start with garlic (with or without Chili) and with meat or shrimp ( or without any meat at all ). Then the vegetable will be added, folllowed by seasoning and a quick fry. As you can see in the numbers of dishes I have made here, Stir Fry is my favorite, because it consumes the minimal time and you can do almost anything with minimal risk of failing too. I just love it.
