Fried Morning Glory with Oyster Sauce – Pad Pak Bung Fai Daeng – ผัดผักบุ้งไฟแดง


Ingredients serves 2 Notes
Morning glory app. 100 grams Fresh bunch cut and clean
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Chili 5-6 pieces as much as you prefer
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoon for frying
Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon
Salted bean 2 teaspoon

  1. Clean and crush the Garlic and Chili
  2. Add garlic and chili on the vegetable, also add the oyster sauce and salted bean on top.
  3. Heat to the maximum, add the vegetable oil, when the little smoke is formed, add all the ingredients into the hot pan.
  4. Fry a little (not too long), so the vegetable contain its vitamin and still looks green.
