This is the spiciest and the greatest Salad on this site till now. The secret is the home made Chili Power and fresh Roasted Peanuts. However the degree of spiciness you can make as you prefer. My neighbor gave me the green mango this afternoon and I thought this is the best way to make it. If you like spicy Salad, you would not regret this. You can use dried shrimp instead of the fresh one as well.
Ingredients:
Fresh Shrimp 150 grams, clean, peel and cook shortly in boiling water.
Shallot 3 pieces clean and cut in thin pieces.
Green Mango 1 piece, peel and clean and shred in thin slices.
Fresh Roasted Peanuts for garnish
Roasted Chili and Salad leaves are for Decorations
Ingredients for Salad Sauce:
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Fish Sauce 1 tablespoon
Thai Chili Paste 1 tablespoon
Chili Powder 2 teaspoon
How to make:
- First make the sauce by adding the 4 ingredients above into a bowl. Mix well until sugar is dissolved.
- Then add the cut shallot, shrimp and Mango.
- On serving top with fresh roasted peanuts.
