Avocado Salad

Ingredients for Salad sauce (for 1 person):
Mustard 1 teaspoon
Sugar 0.5 tablespoon
Salt 0.5 teaspoon
Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Extra virgin olive Oil 1 tablespoon.

Ingredient for salad (for 1 person):
Ripe Avocado half a piece
Tomato 1 piece Salad leave, 5 Red oak Salad, 5 butter head leaves or as you prefer
1/3 of the onion
1/3 of the sweet pepper
Some spring onion for garnish.

How to make:

  1. Add the sugar, mustard, salt into the bowl follow by the vinegar and the olive oil, mix well.
  2. Arrange the salad leave, cut onion, cut tomato, Sweet Pepper and Avocado slices on the plate, top with the salad dressing.

Tip: The Salad will taste better if you clean all the vegetables and keep them cool in the fridge for 1 hour. The vegetable will be fresh and crispy. The Dressing will be added only on serving.
