Ripe Avocado half a piece
Tomato 1 piece Salad leave, 5 Red oak Salad, 5 butter head leaves or as you prefer
1/3 of the onion
1/3 of the sweet pepper
Some spring onion for garnish.

How to make:
- Add the sugar, mustard, salt into the bowl follow by the vinegar and the olive oil, mix well.

- Arrange the salad leave, cut onion, cut tomato, Sweet Pepper and Avocado slices on the plate, top with the salad dressing.
Tip: The Salad will taste better if you clean all the vegetables and keep them cool in the fridge for 1 hour. The vegetable will be fresh and crispy. The Dressing will be added only on serving.
