Ingredients:
Eryngii Mushroom, 350 grams, clean and slice into small pieces
Garlic, 10 cloves, peel and clean to be crushed with Chili
Chili 10 pieces, clean.
Vegetable Oil, 2 tablespoon for frying
Soya Sauce 1 tablespoon.
Mushroom Sauce 1.5 tablespoon
Lime Leave, 2 pieces, clean and shred to small pieces
Holy Basil, 1 cup
Green peppercorn, 2 corns, clean and cut in small pieces.
How to make:
- Put the Garlic and Chili into Mortar and crush them to coarse, not too fine, paste.
- Fry the paste with veg. oil with medium heat in the pan, when the paste gives out aroma add the mushroom and the lime leave with pepper corn.
- Add 1 table spoon of water to soften the mushroom. Fry them for a few minutes then season with soja sauce and mushroom sauce.
- When you get the taste you preferred add the holy basil leaves, stir them well together shortly and there you have it!
Tips: This is my most favorite mushroom dish. It is extremely easy and I actually imitate Pad Graprao, but I use mushroom instead of meat or seafood. Mushroom Sauce mentioned is the sauce they made to use for vegetarians that is similar to oyster sauce. If you are not strict, oyster sauce is good too. If you are non-veg.
