Ingredients serves 2 Notes

Garlic 5-6 cloves
Coriander 2 pieces
Black Pepper 10-15 seeds
Soya Sauce 1.5 tbsp

How to make:

  1. Clean and cut the Bitter Gourd into piece and soak in salt water to reduce its bitterness.
  2. Clean and cut the garlic and the root of coriander add both into mortar including black pepper. Mix all three into the fine paste.

  4. When the ribs are cooked, add bitter gourd. Fry for a few minutes. Then, add boiling water until it covers the ingredients.
  5. To season add the soya sauce. Leave the soup to cook with low heat for 30 minutes or until the meat and vegetable are soft.
  6. On serving garnish with the Coriander leave.
